Street Smart Film Screening

We are excited to announce we have been selected by Urban Kingdom to be the only place in the South West this November to screen their documentary film Street Smart, getting it's first ever international release to celebrate 15 years of Urban Kingdom.

The documentary film, shot over 7 years my former music video director Nick Donnelly (who has made music videos with Method Man, Ruff Ryders and more) looks at the rise of a generation of fans across England, who were inspired by hip-hop to believe in themselves. Later on, they would collaborate with some of the biggest names in hip-hop history.

Throughout the film are scenes of hip-hop history exclusive to this documentary, from the only behind the scenes footage of the first time in over 20 years the living members of Wu-Tang Clan were together in the UK, an interview with a Bristol based music teacher on set of a music video for a song Jay-Z sampled on the title track to his last album, and much more.
