Finding Deeper Ground
Deeper Ground, Wider Frame

Deeper Ground, Wider Frame
We'd love to invite you to join us for a day of exploration, movement and connection in the beautiful Cotswolds.
An invitation to slow down, rest back and become more receptive to the world around us. Through meditation, Contact Improvisation-inspired movement, somatic and relational practices, and time walking in the surrounding landscape, we'll explore different textures of awareness, presence and relationship.
Finding Deeper Ground is also an invitation to come together as a mature community, creating a space where we can rest as sovereign beings, lean into our own edges while honouring our boundaries, and be nourished by one another's presence and shared exploration.
Open to anyone curious to explore this work, whether you're a movement practitioner, meditator or simply a dancing explorer.
